Job Title: Escrow Processor
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Processor to support residential real estate transactions from open to close. This role is ideal for someone comfortable managing multiple files, working with nationwide transactions, and collaborating with lenders, realtors, and internal escrow teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process escrow files from opening through closing
Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing documents
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and underwriters
Prepare and balance settlement statements
Ensure compliance with state-specific and lender requirements
Maintain accurate file notes and meet closing deadlines
Requirements
Prior experience as an Escrow Processor (national or multi-state experience preferred)
Strong understanding of escrow and title processes
Ability to manage volume and deadlines independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working remotely is a plus
