About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our Phoenix office. You'll need a minimum of 1+ years of escrow support experience and should be comfortable with the fundamentals of transaction management, document preparation, and client communication. No existing book of business is required—we're focused on finding someone with solid foundational knowledge who's ready to grow with our team and develop expertise in Arizona's active real estate market.
This entry-level position offers excellent growth potential within our organization. You'll work directly with experienced escrow officers, learning best practices while supporting our partnerships with national underwriters and regional Arizona-based title companies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously are essential.
