About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth across our Dallas market, working closely with major national underwriters including Fidelity and Chicago Title. You'll need 4+ years of proven experience in business development or strategic sales, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. Your ability to navigate complex client relationships and develop long-term partnerships will be essential as we expand our service offerings across North Texas.
Your success in this role will depend on your existing network and portable client base—ideally with established relationships among real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and commercial lenders. You should be comfortable managing your own pipeline, setting ambitious growth targets, and working independently while collaborating with our operations team. Experience working with regional brands like Alamo Title or national firms is a strong advantage.
