Business Development Exec – Title Industry
A Business Development Exec in the title industry is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys to expand market presence and increase order volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Present and promote the company’s title and escrow services to prospective partners.
Develop and execute growth strategies in coordination with branch and regional management.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client performance metrics.
Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with escrow and title teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in title insurance sales, real estate marketing, or related business development roles.
Established network of real estate professionals, lenders, or builders highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
